Supported NFC types:
Type A/B-Card
MIFARE
FeliCa

Senraise H10P has an integrated 58mm thermal printer
Printing goes through native printer SDK

Device Management (MDM)
Managed via MDM (tbd)
Devices run in kiosk mode (locked to the servEase Go app, no access to general Android UI)
Used for remote provisioning, app updates, and locking down devices deployed at customer sites
Setup / Deployment
Provision the device via MDM (enroll, assign kiosk policy)
Install/update servEase Go through the MDM-managed app channel
Customer pairs the device with his tenant after first app startup with a connection code generated in servease Go Settings
Troubleshooting
Problem | Likely Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
NFC not detecting tags | NFC disabled at OS level, or tag not held properly on top of the device | Check NFC in system settings; ask customer to hold tag flat against the marked NFC area |
Printer doesnt give out paper clean | Wrong paper width used | Confirm paper roll is genuine 58mm |
